  1. Pay attention to valve control operation

 

After operating the gas flow control valve for cleaning, it cannot be directly transferred to the "valve control" position. The valve should pay attention that the solenoid valve of the sealing instrument is a regulating valve. Especially when using corrosive gas, a stop valve should be added at the inlet and outlet of the instrument to ensure safety. After the long-term operation, the leakage rate of the gas flow control valve is within the standard, which is a normal situation. If the leak is greater than the full scale, it should be repaired.

 

  1. Pay attention to the installation angle and adjustment work

 

When the gas flow controller is installed, the installation surface should be kept level. If the non-horizontal installation is to detect the offset, it can work after adjustment. Selected material gas flow control can measure general corrosive gases. When used for ammonia, organic solvent vapor, or other strong corrosive gases, the sealing material should be replaced in sequence.

 

  1. Pay attention to the working pressure difference

 

Attention should be paid to the working pressure at both ends of the gas entering and leaving the instrument, and it should be kept within the range of various symptoms. When working under high pressure, the pressure difference is too large, and the flow will not be closed or small. When using a large flowmeter, attention should be paid to appropriate thick pipes and reduced internal resistance. If the working pressure difference is less than the required value, the flow rate may not reach the full-scale value.
